Off-Season Robotics Event

That ONE Team is excited to invite FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) teams to a one-day off-season event at Rockford High School on Saturday, June 21, 2025!

This event is a fantastic opportunity to get your 2025 season robot back on the field, introduce new students to competition, and reconnect with fellow teams in a fun, low-stakes environment.

This is a 24 team event.

Registration is open until the form closes.

Event Schedule

Friday

4-7 PM: Team Load In / Pits Open
7:45 PM: Pits Close

Saturday

7:30 AM: Pits Open
8:30 AM: Opening Ceremony
8:45 AM – 12:15 PM: Qualification Matches
12:15 PM – 1:15 PM: Lunch
1:15 PM – 2:15 PM: Qualification Matches
2:15 PM – 3:15 PM: Just for Fun Matches (not qualifying) including Glow in the Dark, Silent, Points Mix-up!
Dress up your robot with LEDs (optional)
3:15 PM – 3:45 PM: Alliance Selection
3:45 PM – 4:00 PM: Break
4:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Playoff Matches and Closing Ceremony

Registration Details

Fee: $300 per team*
Registration is complete only after payment is received.
This fee helps cover:

• Gym and cafeteria rental
• Insurance
• Volunteer meals
• Other essential event costs

*If your team cannot afford the $300 fee, please register anyway and we will contact you.
